Chef Danielle Alexandre, Proprietor

daniellea 4th generation restaurateur, Danielle first stepped into a kitchen at 12 years old, making garlic bread for customers at her family’s Italian restaurant. As she got older she moved up the ranks and learned every part of the kitchen and loving the creation of good food for her loyal customers. After nearly a decade of honing her culinary skills alongside her grandfather, Danielle left the family business to work under other chefs and learn the art of food from other cultures and restaurants. She returned to the family business a few years later with some great experience and a degree in accounting and business while catering for clients on the side.

The catering business was going strong when she decided to open her own restaurant and banquet facility, La Bella Cucina in Spring Hill, which closed after her mother lost her battle with cancer.

Danielle went into the business world for a time and worked in politics as a consultant and organizing national and state conventions but nothing was the same as when she was in the kitchen creating delicious meals. She ultimately went back to her first love and the business she knew for more than 24 years…providing clients with a beautiful meal with excellence in service.
